Web Application for e-Learning

This bachelor´s thesis is elaborated according to the assignment of Honeywell company, which decided to broaden learning possibilities of foreign languages in their company by e-learning. Employees will have an opportunity to use e-learning system, which will help them to enhance their knowledge beside attending classical lessons. E-learning includes various kinds of exercises and homeworks as well, which are sent to particular lector for checking. E-learning is a web application placed on the Internet and is accessible anywhere, where Internet connection is available. It includes administration interface for lectors and employees, which is only accessible by login and password. The system was created by HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL technology and certainty nowadays is technology Ajax as well.

This Bachelor thesis is dealing with the use of research-oriented teaching during hobbies as part of leisure activities in the field of natural sciences, especially chemistry. Nowadays is noticeable trend to start with research activities and building relation to natural and technical sciences at very young age of students. In the theoretical part the thesis describe principles and forms of research-oriented teaching and their realization, lecturer qualification conditions and work safety during the experiments in the hobby, development of students potential during younger school age, specifics of this students period and characterizes leisure activities in detail and their delineation in relation to formal education. Part of the practical part is a local survey of the accessibility of research-oriented clubs in the Polepy and Libochovice districts. The empirical part contains verified proposals for five meetings of the science-oriented research group for students of younger school age. Construct a methodology for creating a digital lecturer platform

This thesis is devoted to mapping and analysing the current situation of digital lecturer platforms in the Czech Republic and the rules for lectures that educate adults. It offers a brief insight into the subject of adult education, mentions the current legislative situation about adult education in the Czech Republic, offers a concise example of embedding adult education in the entire educational system in Norway, deals with the creation and use of information and communication technologies in education and, above all, the personality of the adult educator. The introductory parts of the thesis provide an overview of the things that are related to adult education and somehow influence it, which leads to an awareness of the complexity and overall difficulty of preparing, implementing, and evaluating such an event. The methodology defines the place where the client could choose a lecturer for the education event. The platform offers a place to search for educational courses, evaluate quality, enter a request for and personalised event, or request a development plan. Modern dance instructor as a leisure time teacher

The bachelor thesis is concentrated on the instructor of modern dance who is influencing other people as the leisure educator. The author defines the term modern dance and also characterize particularities of this sports field. The thesis also deals with the dance as type of a leisure activity and it briefly characterizes the leisure education concentrated mainly on the dance and education of leisure activities. The piece of work is focused on the children at the age between six and eleven years. The author also characterizes the evolution of the children and their physical abilities and the readers of the thesis are able to find out something about the educational methods of the leisure educator as well. The last chapter focuses on the personality of the leisure educator. Furthermore, this part defines the aims of his work and the scope of his activity. The bachelor thesis also concentrates on the leisure educator in the field of dancing, mainly the modern one.
The Language of Instructors of Some Leisure Activities

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the language of sport leisure-time activities lecturers. It is aimed to pupils at the first grade (thereinafter ZŠ) and lecturers of kickbox and dance lessons. The first part of the thesis is written in general terms. It comes out from the literature about communication. It emphasizes the importance of pedagogical communication and its effect on the development of education and the cooperation among pupils and lecturers. The second part of the thesis is aimed to use of verbal and non-verbal communication in leisure-time activities.
Qualification of dance education instructors of children from years 3 to 6 in elementary art schools and youth centers

This bachelor thesis looks at the skills and education of teachers of dance, teachers of leisure activities, tutors, and additional staff, who teach dance education in elementary art schools and youth centers. In the theoretic section the thesis processes theoretical and practical ideologies regarding free time, leisure and recreational activities, children of preschool age, and their relationship to exercise. Additionally the thesis discusses the educational backgrounds and qualifications of dance instructors and looks at how they lead dance classes in both elementary art schools and youth centers. In the practical section the thesis discovers whether the theoretical assumptions of the dance education management and its application match. Moreover, it compares the differences between two different institutions and measures factors of parental and directorial satisfaction of the dance workshops. This practical secrion examines the directoral requirements for the techers' abilities, their real education and qualification, and the parents' satisfaction with the institutions. Didactic of vocationally education

The thesis is divided into two parts. The first deals with the theoretical view of the vocational education, its development and specifics. The next section describes the differences between education of adults and children. Then the work is focused on the personality of the lector and didactic process, its aims, methods, forms and tools. To conclude the theoretical part summarizes the principle of feedback. The second part is summarized of research where respondents are lectors themselves. From research we know how much are they competent to exercise the profession of lecturers from the point of view of teaching, respectively didactic. The research used the questionnaire with closed and open questions.
Management of training courses of technical staff in an out-of-school organization

This thesis focuses on creating a draft proposal for the qualification paths for two specific technical professions in accordance to the modern and increasingly popular trends in e-learning methods. The draft proposal deals specifically with the new structure of the qualification paths and compares the ways in which the qualification paths are managed within the scope of technical personnel training performed by the extra-curricular department of After Sales Training. This department provides training to importer delegates and the Czech dealer network. The comparison study focuses on the currently used structure of fixed learning/qualification paths performed mainly in the form of presence training (which joins profession-specific training with general and shared basic content), and on the newly prepared training concept consisting of an individual and personalised training plan based on personal preferences and knowledge levels, which is completed by a final knowledge test. Demands on Competencies of Lectors of Adaptation Courses for High School

This Bachelor thesis discusses demands on competencies of lectors of adaptation courses for high schools. The object of the thesis is to assemble a list of competencies that a lector should dispose of to be able to attain the goals of the adaptation course. The thesis presents the concept of adaptation courses and differents ways of their realisation. It also disserts on the competencies and the advantage of their utilization and presents two competency models that concern the profession of an adaptation course lector. With the use of relevant literature it identifies the main goals and principles of an adaptation course and the competencies they imply. Examples of particular show of these competencies in behaviour are a part of the assembled list.
